Garbage collection
Household garbage is collected every last Saturday of the month from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. The Aroma Garden Association has recruited workers and a Tata ACE vehicle to collect household waste. Please note that any construction waste is the responsibility of the owners/builders.
Security – CCTV
The CCTV camera which was provided by Mr. Anbarasan stopped working. It is now replaced with a new CCTV setup by the Aroma Garden Association. This provides a safer environment for our community.
Telephone Service
Telephone service is now available at the security room. New BSNL landline connection and broadband internet connection was installed.
Tree Trimming
The over grown trees along the power lines were trimmed on the 11th of August, 2022 to reduce power outage in our community.
MyGate App Implementation
An app that simplifies life for everyone in a gated community, from residents and management committee members to security guards and facility managers. Electric Transformer
This is a major accomplishment by the association. With the funds collected from the property owners we now have our own electric transformer that helps reduce frequent power outage and voltage fluctuation.

Security – CCTV
We have installed a CCTV system to monitor the entry/exit of people at the main entrance gate to improve the security of our community. Thanks to Mr. Anbarasan, the association president for his leadership with this project.
Garbage Management
All of the Aroma Garden has been cleaned and all the plastic wastes have been removed from garbage disposal areas, empty plots, and roadsides. Garbage disposal barrels have been issued to all the houses in Aroma Garden and the garbage will be collected twice every month.
Cleaner the environment, more beautiful the environment. This project has been initiated to manage the garbage disposal system and make Aroma Garden a plastic-free environment, thus making it more beautiful and eco-friendly.
Speed Breaker Installation & ReFLective PAint Application
New speed breakers are being added to the long roads that branch into Aroma Garden to maintain the speed limit and prevent any accidents. A total of three-speed breakers are installed in the Main Road.
Signboards indicating the presence of speed breakers are to be installed.
Reflectors on speed breakers are installed to guide the drivers at night preventing accidents.
Street Lights are being installed in Aroma Garden to assist the drivers to drive safely at night.
